During the last 2019 CEAP National Convention held in Iloilo Convention Center Iloilo City, Fr. Joel gave his farewell message to the delegates for the last time as CEAP president.
He will be replaced by Fr. Elmer G. Dizon, superintendent of Archdiocese of San Fernando Educational System (ASFES) and former CEAP Vice President.
Sr. Marissa R. Viri, RVM, President of Univeristy of the Immaculate Conception Davao was also elected as the new CEAP Vice President.
