The CEAP National Board of Trustees had a successful two-day Strategic Planning and 4th Quarter 2019 Board Meeting last December 11-12, 2019 in Pampanga city which ended with the approval in principle of a CEAP Strategic Plan for the next three years, and a number of key resolutions that would guide CEAP in the coming months.
