The CEAP Region 4 held its annual Regional Assembly last October18, 2024, at the Rogationist College, Silang Cavite.
The Assembly formally commenced with a Eucharistic Celebration presided by his Excellency, Bp. Rey Evangelista of Imus. The keynote address was delivered by Fr. Daniel Pilario, CM, President of Adamson University. Fr. Danny underscored the need for Christians to continue their journeys filled with hope. He relayed his own experience as a member of a family with 11 siblings and how his father reared him to be a strong service-oriented individual. Although, he realized most of what his father intended to do when he was already in the seminary. He then presented the struggles and the journey to finding hope in the life of the people of Payatas, who were victims of the extra judicial killings (EJKs) instigated by the state forces in the guise of a drug war.
Mr. Jose Allan I Arellano, CEAP Executive Director, delivered the message of Fr. Albert N. Delvo, PHD, CEAP President as well as the annual report of the National Office.
Sr. Ma. Luz Mojica, FdCC, Trustee of Region 4, welcomed the 1,600+ delegates from CALABARZON and MIMAROPA and set the perspective for the gathering.
Fr. Alain Manalo, host superintendent, prepared for the assembly with his dynamic team from the Diocese of Imus Catholic Educational System (DICES).
